Our Story

A little bakery
with a big heart

Butter Bakery started with one idea: that comfort food, made well, should be available every day. Not just on special occasions — but as part of how you begin your morning.

The open kitchen is the heart of everything. You can see your bread being shaped, your sandwich assembled, your coffee pulled. No hidden prep — just honest craft done in front of you.

Coffee from Thai-Brazilian beans, roasted by a small Chonburi roastery in three roast levels. Matcha rotates between Kyoto and Mie varieties.

Our Bread

The sourdough
that started it all

Everything here is built around the loaf. Long-fermented overnight with a natural starter — giving it the open crumb, crackling crust, and depth of flavour you won't find in a supermarket loaf. We bake four varieties daily.

Whole Wheat
Nutty, wholesome, deeply flavoured. Our everyday loaf.
Moji
Lighter, milky-soft with a thin golden crust.
Grain
Seeded and hearty — multi-grain texture throughout.
Fig
Naturally sweet with whole figs folded into the dough.
